Bring a Friend Night

Bring a Friend Night at Centennial Park

On Thursday, May 26th, we will be holding a Bring-A-Friend event at Centennial Park where youth members of Scouts Canada, aged 5 – 17, from across the South East Area  (including Moncton, Riverview, Salisbury and Sackville) will come together for an exciting evening highlighting the great adventures that Scouts Canada has to offer and we are opening it up to the public to join in. We are asking each youth to personally hand deliver an invitation to a friend that is not a current member to invite them, and their parents, to come see what we do. The event is open to all youth, boys and girls ages 5 – 17.  On the evening of the event, all guests should proceed to the Registration/Welcome booth near the Natural Playground on the Rotary side of the park – Look for the Big Red Scouts Canada Tent -- to register and receive a bracelet as well as a map showing where each station will take place.

Once registered, participants will be able to visit the events that interest them and ask questions about the program.

We have a number of scheduled events including a Campfire, Kub Kar Racing, Canoeing, Archery (put on by Cabela’s) Crafts, Games, Cake and more.

The evening event will run from 6:00 – 8:30pm throughout the park.

Youth must be accompanied by a Parent to participate.

Scouts Canada, the country’s leading youth organization, offers challenging programs for boys, girls and youth age 5-26 in thousands of individual groups in most cities and towns across Canada.
